When will my order ship?

All in stock items will ship within 3 business days.

How will my order be shipped?

We ship via USPS First Class.

What is the shipping cost?

There is no additional charge for shipping within the continental United States.  Please contact us for information on international shipping.

What is your return policy?

We always want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.  Returns will be accepted within 14 days of receipt.  Items must be unworn and in saleable condition.  You must contact us for return authorization.  You will be responsible for shipping costs.  Custom order sales are final.

What if my order arrives damaged?

That's something we never want to happen.  Please inspect your one-of-a-kind item carefully upon receipt.  All damage claims must be made within 48 hours.  Contact us for return authorization, and we're sorry for the trouble.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes.  Please contact us within 24 hours as our aim is to ship your one-of-a-kind item as quickly as possible.

What if I break a piece?

This can happen to even the most careful person.  Please contact us with the details.  Your name and order number will help us find your information.  If you can, send a photo to help us determine if repair is possible.  If it is, we will give you a return authorization number which will need to be included when you ship the item back to us.  Repairs can take up to 4 weeks, so we appreciate your patience during the repair period.  Repairs are subject to charges as well as shipping costs.  We, of course, reserve the right to deny any unreasonable repair request.

We only offer repairs on items purchased from Linda Allard Jewelry.  See the section entitled What if I break a piece for details.
